How Silvaris uses personal information

What we collect
Order details such as name, email, phone, shipping and billing address, and a payment reference. We do not store full card numbers. Payments are processed by Shopify and the payment provider. If you create an account, we keep login details and order history. Technical data such as IP address, browser and pages viewed may be collected, including through cookies. We also keep messages you send us.
How we use it
To take and deliver orders, to reply to you, to meet legal and tax duties, and to keep the shop secure. Marketing email is only sent if you join the list.
Legal bases
We process data to perform your order, to meet legal duties, for legitimate interests such as security, and with consent where consent is required.
Sharing
We share data with Shopify, payment processors, shipping partners and, if the law requires it, public authorities. We do not sell your personal data.
