Damaged or incorrect orders
Email hello@silvaris.co.uk with your order number before you send anything back.
If the bottle arrives damaged, is faulty, or is not what you ordered, we will replace it or refund you.
If you are a UK consumer, you can cancel within 14 days of receiving the bottle, as long as the seal is intact. Once the seal is broken, the cancellation right does not apply, because this is a sealed product that is not suitable for return for hygiene reasons.
