Silvaris sells one product: Colloidal Silver 500ml at 20 PPM. This policy explains how we collect and use personal information when you visit or buy from this shop.

What we collect

Order details such as name, email, phone, shipping and billing address, and a payment reference. We do not store full card numbers. Payments are processed by Shopify and the payment provider. If you create an account, we keep login details and order history. Technical data such as IP address, browser and pages viewed may be collected, including through cookies. We also keep messages you send us.

How we use it

To take and deliver orders, to reply to you, to meet legal and tax duties, and to keep the shop secure. Marketing email is only sent if you join the list. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time. We still send messages about your orders.

Legal bases

We process data to perform your order, to meet legal duties, for legitimate interests such as security, and with consent where consent is required.

Sharing

The shop is hosted by Shopify. We share data with Shopify, payment processors, Royal Mail and, if the law requires it, public authorities. We do not sell your personal data. Where personal information is transferred out of the UK, we use a lawful transfer mechanism.

Essential cookies run the cart, checkout, login and security. Optional analytics or marketing cookies are used only if you accept them.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require, and we keep other information only for as long as we need it for the purpose we collected it.
