Return and Refund Policy

At CrystalHBeauty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for most products. Please read the following information to ensure a smooth return or refund process.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return:

  1. Contact us at hello@crystalhbeauty.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. We will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and ensure it is resolved.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired product.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. As per the standard policy, the items must be in the same condition you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging, and you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
